Liverpool Woman Accused of Manslaughter Remanded Until Next Court Appearance

A 26 year-old Liverpool woman accused of manslaughter will return to court next month in Bridgewater.

Lawyers for Meghan Elizabeth Nowe are considering options and requested that Nowe be remanded into custody until her next appearance on July 26.

Nowe is accused of causing the death of her sister, Allison Ann Nowe, of Bridgewater.

She also faces charges of criminal negligence causing death, breach of probation and drug trafficking after allegedly providing Methadone to her younger sister.

The 22 year-old was taken to hospital on April 28 after a medical call to paramedics and later died.
