The Nova Scotia-Nunavut 2013 Legion Track and Field team for Youth Nationals was announced recently and it has some South Shore flavour. Tobias Wolter headlines the competitors. The Conquerall Mills native won two golds and a silver medal at last year’s event. He also set the Canadian record in the 1,500 metre steeplechase event. Other locals include Bridgewater’s James Lucas and Liverpool’s Sarah Mitton. The national meet is Aug. 9-11 in Langley, B.C.
