A website is helping youth find jobs and local educational opportunities.
Futurestart.ca was designed in 2014, but continues to grow its awareness around Lunenburg County.
Gail Moore is with the Department of Community Services.
She says the website was produced by young adults to help engage with peers.
“There is multiple topics that we could have included. What we did is we had a group of young people and we asked them to pick their top three.”
The website also offers information on banking, building a resume, how to get a drivers license and where to get a social insurance number.
You can find the website here.
