People are getting a chance to unleash their inner lumberjack.
Seven-time log-rolling world champion Darren Hudson of Barrington is opening the Timber Lounge in Halifax.
The facility will give people the opportunity to throw axes at targets.
“As soon as people release that axe into the target, people are just elated. They love the feeling that they receive, that they thought was never possible.”
Hudson says the timing was right for him to bring the sporting activity to the city.
The Timber Lounge is expected to open during the first week of March.
