Lumberjacks, Timberwolves Make Multiple Trades

A busy weekend off the ice for the South Shore Lumberjacks.

The Junior ‘A’ club making changes to its roster trading Liam Alcalde, Jesse Hamer, the rights to Campbell Pickard and a first round pick in 2016 to Miramichi.

In return, the ‘Jacks get forward Tyler Brown – who has 15 points in eight games this season.

The Lumberjacks also acquiring Max Robitaille and Ralph Deslauriers from Miramichi for future considerations.

The two teams completed another deal; Miramichi trading the rights to Jordan Kennedy to South Shore for a third round pick in the 2016 draft and future considerations.

South Shore sits fourth in the Eastlink Division with seven wins, nine losses and one tie.
