Not many communities can claim female leaders in all three levels of government.
But, the town of Lunenburg has good reason to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Mayor Rachel Bailey and MLA Suzanne Lohnes-Croft will be taking part in the event.
Along with the first female MP to be elected for South Shore-St. Margaret’s, Bernadette Jordan.
They’ll all be at the Lunenburg Fire Hall starting at 11:30.
