Lunenburg’s mayor, Rachel Bailey reflects on 2015 as a positive year of accomplishments.
Bailey points to the re-lauch of Bluenose, creating a more welcoming waterfront and a new look for the Academy among achievements.
However, she feels they could have communicated more effectively on the issue of home-based businesses.
“We just needed to do a better job of communicating what our situation is and our openness to improve,” said Bailey.
Bailey adds she’s proud of the wide variety of home-based businesses now in Lunenburg and looks to encourage more in the future.
