Mainline Market Gets New Life

A new meat market will be opening in a familiar location.

The former Mainline Meat Market in Bridgewater closed this past May after almost 44 years.

Now, new ownership is taking over with a new vision.

Andrew Langille says he has a strategy to compete with the big chain grocery stores.

“We’re going to provide excellent service, fast service, and friendly service, and I think with a high focus on that, people in the area will really be able to see the difference we’re able to make.”

Langille says the interior of the shop is being completely redone with space for produce as well.

He hopes to open before winter.
