The man charged with killing former Lunenburg resident Linnea Vienotte appeared in court today.
Akim Frank turned himself into Grenada police after Veinotte went missing earlier this month.
Her body was later found.
A preliminary inquiry has been scheduled for February 1, 2016.
Constable Pauline Williams of the Royal Grenada Police Force says Frank is expected to remain in custody until then.
