A man is in custody after a reported fight in Bridgewater last night.
Bridgewater Police say they received a 911 call at around 11:12 PM last night for a fight on Pleasant Street.
Members attended and found an adult male lying on a lawn suffering significant facial injuries.
The male was transported to South Shore Regional Hospital by EHS and remains there.
Police used their K-9 unit to track the suspect and arrest him in a neighbouring yard down the street.
BPS says this was not a random act and the parties are known to each other.
The suspect is set appear in court later today.
