Every once in a while, the internet discovers something so wonderfully ridiculous and it spreads everywhere.
Lately, that seems to be happening with a parody version of Michael Jackson’s iconic 1987 hit Bad. Except in this version, instead of singing about being “bad,” the singer proudly declares that he’s… good.
And honestly, that’s the entire joke.
The appeal is simple: in an era where so much online humour is complicated, ironic, or layered with references, this joke is refreshingly straightforward. Take one of Michael’s best songs and replace all the tough lyrics with aggressively wholesome ones.
That’s it. Somehow it’s still funny every single time.
