The Charlie’s Pizza South Shore Mustangs were shutout, 5-0, by the Steele Subaru Major Midgets. The major midget club is back on the ice at 1 p.m versus Halifax at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre.
The O’Regan’s Subaru Western Hurricanes dropped a 4-2 decision to the ACCEL Hawks. Lunenburg’s Will Chisholm and Bridgewater’s Mason Beck scored for the Hurricanes, who are back on the ice in Cole Harbour at 11 a.m.
The Sackville Blazers skated to a 6-2 win over the Liverpool Privateers. Kaleb Sanford and Alex Nauss scored in the loss. The Privateers host Brookfield at 1 p.m at Queens Place Emera Centre.
