A new plan is in place to provide access to popular lake in Lunenburg County.
The Sherbrooke Lake Access Committee has been working on it since the spring.
Trudy Payne, Director of Recreation Service for the Municipality of Lunenburg says they need to understand what people really want.
“Public consultation is a significant piece,” she says, “so that we can hear from the public that we serve.”
Payne says they’ve hired a consultant to help them gather all the information they need.
She says they hope to present their final report next summer.
