Nova Scotia Votes 2017: Election Results

This page will be updated several times tonight once polls close in Nova Scotia.

There are more than 200 candidates vying for 51 seats in the Nova Scotia Legislature.

This is the 40th Nova Scotia general election.

When the legislature dissolved on April 30, the Liberal Party held a majority with 34 seats followed by the Progressive Conservatives at 10.

The NDP held five seats. One seat was independent while the other was vacant.
