Hebbville’s Nolan O’Brien helped Nova Scotia’s under-17 team capture the gold medal at the Baseball Canada Cup in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The Bluenosers defeated Ontario 3-2 in the championship game.
The team finished with a 6-1 record in the tournament.
Bridgewater’s Zack Zinck and Larry Hood are also members the team’s coaching staff.
