Update: The Department of Transportation says all of the projects in Lunenburg county have been underway since September with the expectation that they will all be completed this week.
Every Friday the Nova Scotia government releases a list of all the road work scheduled for the upcoming week that will alter traffic and of this week’s 47 projects 36 of them are in Lunenburg County.
Most of the projects are on small residential streets but they will still impact many commuters from around the county.
All of the projects listed say they will be complete by December 24, but it is likely many of them will finish before that.
Every listing in Lunenburg County also says that work will take place between sunset and sunrise.
