Portuguese man o’war have been spotted recently, which is common this time of year.
Parks Nova Scotia says they’ve noticed them at their Summerville Beach Provincial Park.
A sting from one of them could be very painful and cause problems.
Parks N.S. advises you not to swim if they are present.
