The preliminary hearing for a Liverpool man charged after a fatal crash on Highway 103 last December has been put off until next summer.
Michael Anthony of Liverpool was charged with criminal negligence causing death after 29-year-old Nicole Foster Thomas was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Brooklyn, Queens County.
Her husband was also seriously injured in the crash that involved a pickup truck and tractor trailer.
Anthony also faces two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm and two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle.
The hearing is scheduled for July 10, 2017.
