The Cole Harbour Colts drew first blood against the Liverpool Privateers.
The Colts won game one of the divisional semi-final series, 5-2, last night at Queens Place Emera Centre.
Stone Harnish and Brandon Pottie scored for the Privateers.
Game two goes tonight in Cole Harbour at 7:30.
