The RCMP has charged a Pubnico man with child pornography offences.
Police arrested 33 year-old Jason Richard Muise this week after a five month investigation.
RCMP searched a home in Pubnico and found the homeowner was letting another person use their internet service.
A second home was searched and Muise was taken into custody.
He has been charged with possessing and accessing child pornography and making child pornography available.
Muise has been released and is due back in Yarmouth court on September 13.
