Region of Queens Mayor Christopher Clarke remains tight-lipped about his future in municipal politics.
He has faced the question several times from local media but still has not made a decision.
Clarke says it will be announced in due time.
“It is obviously important for people in the Region of Queens to know who their mayor who is gonig to be and we hope they come out and choose the mayor.”
Clarke has served as mayor since 2012 and was the municipality’s first mayor from 1996 to 2000.
David Dagley of Liverpool remains the only candidate who has publicly announced he’s running for mayor this October.
