Halifax District RCMP are investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian at a worksite.
Just after 3 p.m. Thursday, RCMP, EHS and Halifax Regional Fire Emergency, responded to a fatal collision involving a pedestrian at a construction zone along St. Margaret’s Bay Rd. in Queensland.
The 62-year-old man from Dartmouth was pronounced dead at the scene.
RCMP closed the road for several hours.
The Nova Scotia Department of Labour will also be conducting an investigation in relation to this collision.
The investigation is continuing.
