RCMP confirm that they’re investigating an incident at the Comeauville wharf.
Police say they were phoned just before 6:00 a.m. on Monday with a report of a vessel that had been burned.
Images on facebook appear to show fire crews from Little Brook Fire Department fighting the blaze.
Social media posts identify the vessel as belonging to a fisherman from the Sipekne’katik First Nation.
