The Region of Queens is seeking proposals to operate the Fort Point Lighthouse.
The municipality is offering the opportunity for a third party to run the attraction and provide tourism experiences at the province’s third oldest lighthouse.
The request for proposals is open to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations.
Lane’s Privateer Inn operated the facility this year.
It was also utilized in the past by the municipality as a museum and gift shop.
The Region of Queens is looking to secure a three-year agreement.
Proposals will be received until January 12.
