Shelburne: Town To Build Change Room, Parking Lot For New Park

The Town of Shelburne is investing in a new public space, splash pad and skate park.

It follows a $250,000 donation by the Huskilson family.

The town will contribute money to create a change room, a small parking space and provide water for the splash pad.

Mayor Karen Mattatall says she looks forward to the project’s completion.

“I’m hoping it will be ready this summer for people to use. It will be a great addition to the community.”

The new park in Shelburne will be located on the old King Street school land.
