The South Shore Ice Sharks Midget ‘B’ Hockey Team outscored the Chester Ravens 3-1 to win gold in the Western Nova Minor Hockey League championship game yesterday at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Center.
Jarrett DeBruin, Marshall Rock, Alex Jonnson, scored in the win.
Alex Lynch made several big stops between the pipes.
The team also finished in second place at the Gary L. Wentzell March Break tournament in Lunenburg County.
Their successful season continues as they move on to play Cole Harbour in the next round of provincial playdowns.
