Terry Roy Levy Retrial: Deliberations Day 1

There’s nothing left to do in the case against Terry Roy Levy but to wait.

The 12 member jury have officially been sequestered until they are able to decide if Levy murdered Terry Green or acted in self-defence.

Final instructions from the judge wrapped up with only two hours for the jury to deliberate before they were taken to a hotel for the night.

No one on the jury is allowed contact with the outside world until a decision is made

This is the second time Levy has been tried by a jury of his peers.

He was granted a retrial by the Nova Scotia Court of Appeals earlier this year.

A decision could come as early as today.
