The Brunch Club Visits The Blarney Stone

Even though we’ve all been there many times, we didn’t miss the chance to tuck into another great meal and have some great conversations at The Blarney Stone!

They’re sponsors of The Brunch Club! Every Saturday morning, you can join Jonathan Crouse, Ben Holmes, and Mason Mader for a light, community-focused hangout. The Blarney Stone is the perfect place to do that in real life!

Owner Sean MacLeod says the original spot opened in the 1950s as Lakeview Takeout and was started by a Bowater woods camp cook. Since then, it’s changed hands a few times, but for many years now it’s been known as The Blarney Stone.

Sean says their most popular menu items are the clubhouse (I had that yesterday), their clams and chips, and of course the fish and chips.

The atmosphere, great portions, and reasonable prices are sure to keep you coming back!

Thanks for the amazing food and chats Sean and the staff at Blarney Stone! Listen in for the Blarney Stone Restaurant Brunch Club at 9am Saturday!
