Marlene Brown, has been fighting for clean drinking water for more than a decade.
The Harrietsfield resident says her well water was contaminated during the construction of a recycling plant.
“And we have to drive miles to a local church going on three years now. Several of us have been filling up our bottles at the outside taps,” said Brown.
Brown and her neighbours say enough is enough and are taking their fight to all levels of governments.
With help from the non-profit organization Ecojustice the group is organizing a letter-writing campaign demanding access to clean drinking water.
