Well this came out of nowhere! Seth Rogen and longtime fellow Canadian friend and creative partner Evan Goldberg are revamping everyone’s favourite dog hero! They released a statement on Friday.
“THE LITTLEST HOBO was a foundational show of our childhood. We are thrilled to have the honour of bringing it back for a new generation alongside our partners at Crave. And though the hobo may be little, we promise big things to come. That doesn’t mean the dog will be huge like Clifford. The hobo will still be little. But the adventures will be BIG,” said Rogen and Goldberg. – From Bell Media statement
I’m very excited! There is some mixed reaction online, with some saying they should leave the classics alone, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with reimagining things sometimes! I also know Seth Rogen will do a good job!
No word yet on when we’ll see the show, but it will be on Crave! Please let it be a real dog and not CGI!
