It’s the end of summer and that means it’s time for 13th annual Wharf Rat Rally.
Spokesperson John Bartlett says there will be some different events than last year, with one being an exciting new attraction.
“It’s this big metal globe. There’s a person who’s standing in the middle and there’s 2 or 3 motorcyclists zooming in and out as they do loops in this globe,” says Bartlett.
Bartlett says there will be different vendors and rides from the previous year as well as new artists.
ECDC will perform on Friday and Matt Minglewood is slated to perform on Saturday night.
RCMP are reminding motorists and cyclists to drive safely to and from the event.
