Town Of Lunenburg Takes Applications For Live/Work Task Force

Four months after it was voted, the Town of Lunenburg still doesn’t have a Live/Work Task Force in place.

The group was created to look at the land-use by-law and make recommendations.

While some on town council believed there wasn’t enough interest, Anna Shoub says it’s quite the opposite.

“I think I got about 7 volunteers. Plus the town found a couple of others that I didn’t know about,” said Shoub.

And then the town responded by saying that was too many.

The deadline for applications is tomorrow.

The group is scheduled to have its first meeting October 19th.
