The Nova Scotia Supreme Court has received dates for information to be filed for a judicial review between the Town of Bridgewater and South Shore Regional School Board.
The two sides met today at the Bridgewater Justice Centre.
The school board is expected to file all information to do with the school review process by January 23.
The town will file its legal argument by February 6.
It feels the school board did not follow the school review policy in making their decision to send grade 10-12 students from Bridgewater Junior Senior High to Park View.
The judicial review is scheduled for March 3 in Bridgewater.
