It’s still slow going following a fatal crash yesterday on Highway 103. The highway has been partially re-opened – between Exit 11 and 12 – after a woman was killed in a head on-crash involving a tractor trailer. Police say the highway is reduced to one-lane and flaggers are working to keeping traffic moving. The alternate route would be to use Highway 325. Officials are still working to clean up the scene after the big rig landed in the ditch. The cause of the crash has not been released.
