A man is in custody after shots were fired in Lower West Pubnico yesterday.
Constable Nastasha Dantiste, spokesperson for the RCMP, says police responded to the call near the De La Tour Co-op at around 5 p.m.
A 35-year-old male from Lower West Pubnico is facing charges for several fire arms offences, uttering threats, and two counts of failure to comply.
The man is set to appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court Monday.
The investigation is ongoing.
