Halifax Regional Police say a suspicious death yesterday in Dartmouth has been ruled a homicide.
The body of 20 year-old Joseph Douglas Cameron was found Tuesday morning near Spring Avenue and Mount Edward Road.
Police say he had been shot and was lying on the sidewalk.
No arrests have been made.
