One person is dead following a head-on crash on Highway 103.
RCMP say a transport truck and a pick-up truck collided around 6 a.m. this morning.
It happened between Exits 5 and 6 between Hubbards and Upper Tantallon.
Corporal Greg Church says the driver of the pick-up truck was killed.
A traffic analyst is on scene to determine the cause.
Drivers are being detoured on Highway 3.
UPDATE: As of 3:00 p.m. Highway 103 was re-opened to traffic.
