The RCMP have released the name of the victim of a fatal house fire over the weekend in Hubbards. 56 year old Shirley Ann Greek was found dead after fire swept through a home on Shore Road. Investigators have ruled the fire was a result of careless smoking. A medical examiners autopsy shows the death was caused by the accidental fire. A man in his 60’s, thought to be a friend, escaped the flames unhurt along with pets.
