Warm Fall Ahead

If you’ve been looking forward to a cool crisp fall you may be out of luck.

According to Environment Canada’s fall forecast the dog days of summer will be sticking around a little longer.

Meteorologist Tracy Talbot says we can expect to see warmer than normal temperatures into November.

“But in terms of precipitation the long range models are not really indicating a significant trend one way or the other in terms of less than normal or more than normal.”

Talbot says the Hurricane Centre has predicted an active season.

However she says there’s no telling how many of those storms will hit the Nova Scotian coast.
