A Fox Point paddler has a top-10 finish at the Paracanoe World Championships in Germany. Dave Waters finished sixth in the men’s 200 metre V1 event, finishing just over a second behind the eventual winner from Spain. Waters posted to Facebook after the race, saying he was happy with sixth place because it was the hardest race he has have ever done. He finished in third place at last year’s World Championships in Poland.
