It must be October because I’ve been craving soup all week. I love soup.
A couple of weeks ago I had a seafood chowder, and the week before that French Onion Soup. Those two are my favourites.
I really like any tomato based soup – tomatoes are like liquid sunshine.
A homemade Cream of Broccoli soup is also popular in this house.
But there are so many soups I’ve never tried. Pho, tortilla soup, and Hot and Sour soup.
They’re on my list.
