Breaugh says he was pleased with how many people turned out to vote at the Mahone Bay Legion Sunday afternoon.
He thinks the increase in the number of NDP members in Lunenburg is a sign of things to come.
“I think they’re looking for change. I think they’re looking for a government that really represents them. I feel there is a dissonance between the leadership in the province and the average person in Nova Scotia.”

Breaugh says he’s excited to be representing the NDP in Lunenburg for the next provincial election.
“I’m really looking forward to connecting with folks now and to hearing what the issues are. That’s my number one focus right now.”
Breaugh says he looks forward to working with party leader Gary Burrill to improve the lives of Nova Scotians.
