Sobeys Stops Selling Romaine Lettuce Temporarily Due To Ecoli Outbreak

Sobey’s has temporarily removed romaine lettuce products from its stores, after an investigation was launched by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

The company says this is being done voluntarily as a precaution.

Canadians have been advised not to eat romaine lettuce due to an ecoli outbreak.

As of last week, 40 cases of ecoli have been reported and one person has died.
