North Queens: Police Receiving Tips On Field Damage; No Arrests Have Been Made

RCMP have received a wide range of tips after a soccer field was damaged at North Queens Community School.

However, no arrests have been made yet.

The incident happened in late April after a dark colored pick-up truck conducted power turns and doughnuts on the field.

Staff Sergeant Derek Smith says any information helps police.

“At this point without further tips from the public, there may not be a successful outcome. It is absolutely critical to us that the public come forward with any information they have.”

The damage is estimated to cost between $5,000 and $10,000.

People with information should contact Queens RCMP at (902) 354-5721.
