It’s your chance to eat a burger for a good cause.
Only a few days remain in the Health Services Foundation’s Hamburgers For Health Care fundraiser.
Four dollars from every burger purchased at the Bridgewater Local Public House goes towards the foundation.
Development Officer, Tina Hennigar, says the burgers are chock-full of local flavour.
“Twelve to 14 burgers, all really interesting ingredients. We have the Bluenose burger, the Hank Snow burger and the Osprey burger. Lots of cool names with great combinations.”
The fundraiser started at the beginning of May.
It is the first year for the event.
