A 13 year-old boy was a little shaken after he was hit by a car this morning in Lunenburg.
The incident happened around 8 o’clock at the intersection of Falkland Street and Victoria Road.
RCMP, paramedics and the Lunenburg Fire Department were all paged to the scene.
Constable Laura Adams says the boy was riding his bicycle when he was struck by the vehicle.
He was taken to Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital as a precaution but there were no serious injuries.
Adams says the investigation is ongoing and it’s not known if charges will be laid.
