Food trucks are set to roll into Bridgewater for the inaugural festival on Saturday.
The gathering at Shipyards Landing will feature some of the regions top food trucks.
Volunteer organizer, Janice Tanner Ernst says it’s a great way to enjoy the already vibrant food culture on the South Shore.
“Some local food trucks we have are ‘That’s A Wrap’ from Liverpool and the ‘Airstream Cafe’, as well as ‘Curry Express’ is doing a pop up restaurant.”
The Festival runs from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and is free with cash donations accepted to support Feed Nova Scotia.
Jon Favreau’s movie Chef will play following the festival on Saturday night at 8 p.m. on the big outdoor screen.
