This week will see the start of some upgrades on the Cape Split hiking trail in the Annapolis Valley.
The Department of Natural Resources is re-aligning some sections of the trail for better drainage and adding a toilet along the route.
The work is expected to last a couple of weeks.
The trail will be closed weekdays, starting tomorrow but will stay open on weekends.
