The emergency department for the hospital in Shelburne will be closing for the evening.
Roseway Hospital plans to close it’s doors at 3:00 this afternoon.
Fraser Mooney, from the Nova Scotia Health Authority, says doctor availability is to blame.
The ER is expected to re-open at 8:00 tomorrow morning.
