The emergency department at Roseway Hospital will re-open this morning following another overnight closure.
The ER will be staffed again beginning at 8 o’clock.
The latest closure comes just hours ahead of a meeting to discuss the staffing situation at the hospital.
It gets underway at 7pm at the Shelburne Community Centre.
ER closures have been piling up and the health department indicates they’ve happened at a 400 percent greater rate so far this year than last.
SouthWest Health blames all the closures on doctor and nurse shortages.
